Dr. Will Reedy
Chief Executive
Will specialised in Digital Health 20 years ago with a handful of other pioneering clinical colleagues. Since then he has worked in Digital Health and Life Sciences Consulting and Solution roles across the UK, Europe, North America, Asia and Australia before returning home to NZ a few years ago. After being the first of the Spark Health whanau online each day after starting his day with an F45 class, Will is excited about looking at options for a Consumer Solution to be delivered to Spark customers to improve their health and wellness. One of the solutions uses precision medicine (your DNA and other biomarkers) to improve your health and wellness. It's no surprise then that his favourite app is the Oura App which provides daily insights into his health and wellness.
Kristian Cook
Sales Director

Kristian Cook
Sales Director
Our tech 'groupie', Kristian likes figuring out the more technical aspects of a solution – much to the dismay of the pre-sales team! He heads up our national sales team, but equally loves working alongside clients to solve issues or challenges to help them transform their businesses with cloud technologies. Kristian has worked within the Spark Group for a long time – most recently with Revera, managing a sales team supporting the health sector in the Auckland region. He is passionate about the opportunities in healthcare with some of the new technologies on the horizon, particularly in wearable tech. His favourite gadget at the moment is the Jabra Elite Sport ear buds with built in heart rate monitoring and has been enjoying using Google Fit.
Clare Dill
Marketing Director

Clare Dill
Marketing Director
Clare— when not leading the team in meme and gif wars— is working to form new ways of communicating the benefits of the Spark Health digital solutions to our health organisations. Having worked in the health sector for the last 15 years and also in education, local government and publishing, Clare has a knack for simplifying complex messages into concise content. The health and wellbeing of all Kiwis is of great interest to her as she lives on and runs a farm and has seen the impacts of restricted access to health services on those in remote areas. Like Amy, she doesn't feel expert in things technical but does use apps like Audible and Spotify to access books and podcasts on a daily basis, and is excited about the potential of audio and voice in the future of marketing and communications.
Amy Kesby

Amy Kesby
Marketer
Amy is the 'go to' member of the Spark Health whānau and hasn't yet been unable to solve a problem or find an answer to a question. Amy has worked in the IT and Telecommunications industry for 6 years. She has jumped into the Spark Health journey with two feet helping to prepare its launch and being part of the brand and marketing journey. A lover of the outdoors you might find her out surfing, swimming or diving anywhere in New Zealand. Even though she is a self proclaimed, 'non tecchy' person her favourite app is Spotify and kicks off the day with music, water and sunshine.

Russell Berg
Platform Product Consultant
Russell could be mistaken for Easy Rider but his role is by no means a simple one! Russell is the newest member of the Spark Health whānau taking on the role of Solution Consultant and Product Manager of Kete Waiora. He is a strong believer in the impact of transformation and change, whether digital or traditional, on the growth of an organisaiton and its ability to deliver value to staff and stakeholders, and most importantly customers and users. When Russell isn’t cruising on his motor bike, something he says helps to clear his head he is brewing his own beer. His TILT Hydrometer would be his favorite tech gadget, a device that floats in a brew of beer during the fermentation process and sends continuous data readings about the process like temperature and gravity to an app.

Client Director
Karla is truly passionate about health. After spending her entire career working in Medical Devices within the health sector, (and winning sales person of the year on multiple occasions), she has seen the growing need to transform and connect the industry and strongly believes that can be achieved by connecting the silos in the health sector through the power of technology. She is thrilled to create little wins for her clients and runs at life at 110% so there are a lot of them! When she is not at work Karla might be found on the sideline of the field cheering on her two girls at their respective sports.
